Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the online booking, payment, AI consultation and related services (the "Services") provided by HERA ESTHÉ through its website.

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable law and common commercial practice.

HERA ESTHÉ provides: 1. treatment booking and booking lookup/changes; 2. online payment; 3. AI consultation and inquiry handling; 4. booking confirmation and information emails.

The scope may differ by branch, and services are provided within each branch's business hours and available treatments.

A booking is formed when the user selects a branch, treatment and time and completes payment. Bookings without completed payment are released automatically after a set period so the time slot reopens.

Bookings can be made up to approximately 30 days ahead. For later dates, please contact us by phone.

A time slot cannot be selected once the number of bookings overlapping that time reaches capacity.

Payment is accepted only through the methods offered by each branch, as shown on the booking screen. Methods not shown (such as bank transfer or cash) are not available for online booking.

Payments are processed through a licensed payment gateway; HERA ESTHÉ does not store card details.

Bookings made at a discounted or promotional price are subject to the same cancellation and refund terms.

Based on your payment date · statutory cooling-off — If you cancel within 7 days of payment and before the treatment has been provided, you receive a full refund regardless of reason (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Article 17(1)). Once the treatment has begun, the right of withdrawal is limited under Article 17(2)5 of the same Act (where provision of the service has commenced).

Based on your treatment date · by how early you cancel — After that period, refunds depend on how far ahead you cancel: 1. 15 days or more before the treatment: full refund; 2. 8-14 days before: 70%; 3. 4-7 days before: 50%; 4. from 3 days before through the day itself, and non-attendance more than 20 minutes after the appointment time (no-show): 10%.

If HERA ESTHÉ cancels a booking for reasons on its side, you receive a full refund.

Changing only the date is treated as a schedule change rather than a cancellation, and no fee applies. Changing branch requires cancelling and booking again.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method; actual settlement may take several business days depending on the payment gateway.

Payments and refunds are processed in Korean won (KRW). Cards issued outside Korea are converted at your card issuer's exchange rate, and because that rate can differ between the time of payment and the time of refund, the amount you receive may differ from the amount you paid. We do not set the exchange rate.

Users must provide accurate information when booking. HERA ESTHÉ is not responsible for notices not received due to incorrect contact details.

Users must not book using another person's name or contact details without authorisation.

Where there is repeated non-attendance, false booking, or automated bulk booking that disrupts normal operation, HERA ESTHÉ may restrict that user's online booking.

AI consultation is provided as general guidance and does not constitute medical diagnosis, prescription or treatment advice.

Because it relies on generative AI, responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Final information on treatments, prices and schedules is that shown on the booking screen and given by our staff.

Where AI consultation differs from the booking screen, the booking screen prevails.

HERA ESTHÉ collects the minimum personal data necessary to provide the Services. Purposes, categories and retention periods are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Marketing messages are sent only to users who have given consent, and consent may be withdrawn at any time.

HERA ESTHÉ may temporarily suspend the Services for system maintenance, network failure, or interruption of external services.

HERA ESTHÉ is not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disaster, power failure or network outage.

HERA ESTHÉ bears the responsibility imposed by applicable law in connection with treatments and the Services.

HERA ESTHÉ is not responsible for outcomes arising from a user's failure to disclose relevant matters before treatment, such as health conditions, current medication or skin disorders.

HERA ESTHÉ may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Amendments are announced on the website at least 7 days before the effective date, or at least 30 days before where the change is unfavourable to users.

Bookings already formed remain subject to the Terms in force at the time of booking.

Disputes are to be resolved through discussion between HERA ESTHÉ and the user.

Where agreement is not reached, users may apply to the Korea Consumer Agency for redress or dispute mediation under the Framework Act on Consumers.

Jurisdiction for litigation follows the Civil Procedure Act.
